Association “Public Assessors of the Republic of Tajikistan” (APART) in partnership with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Public Organization “Rural Development Initiatives” (RDI) in the framework of the project “Advancing Media Freedom Through Legal Reform in Tajikistan”, the purpose of which is to increase the legal awareness of the media, prepared a talk show program on the topic “Peculiarities of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
This program includes information about the concept of personal information; the level of observance of the norms of this law in society; who has the right to access personal information; conditions for disclosing personal information; principles of protection of personal information and other topical issues on the subject of the program.
