According to Mamur Yusufov, head of the press service, the competition is held within the framework of the State Program “Prevention of Domestic Violence in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2014-2023.”

“The purpose of the competition is to determine the best media workers in the region, to identify new talents in the field of journalism, who are actively involved in campaigning to prevent violence and gender inequality, to clarify the rights of men and women, and to improve the status of women in society,” said M.
